Terms of Service

1. Credit System

Code Aloud operates on a credit system. One credit equals one interview session. Credits must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable once an interview session has been initiated.

2. Interview Policy

Once an interview is started, your credit is reserved. If you refresh or leave the session, you can resume it, but you cannot switch to a new question without completing or abandoning the current session (which consumes the credit).

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not attempt to reverse engineer the platform, abuse the AI system, or use the service for any illegal purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Code Aloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any failures in AI generation or communication during sessions.

5. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
